By now we’re guessing that everyone knows branding is not just your logo. There’s plenty of folks out there who will tell you that your brand is all the different ways that you represent yourself. Yes, this can often be through a logo but the most successful brands know exactly who they are and what their customers want from them.
When we first get involved in a branding project we don’t profess to know the ins and outs of a business – but we’re great listeners and fast learners. We’re not trying to be best friends with our clients but being able to have a relaxed conversation is the fastest way to get to the heart of a project. It allows us to ask questions that may not come up otherwise, gauge the reaction of our answers but, most importantly, get to know who we’re going to be working with. And that’s when the magic starts.
